To be eligible for a refund, products must be in a clean and resalable condition. Certain items specified below may not be returned. Returns with a valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. “Valid Proof(s) of Purchase” include order number, order confirmation email or packing slip. We offer free returns for all US orders within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred. Pastime Creatives reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of proof of purchase. To start an exchange/return of an item please contact us directly at [email protected]. Please include your name, email address, phone number, order number, item you are returning, reason for return and if you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will reach out to you to resolve your issue and send you a return label.
If you are requesting a refund, the average processing time is up to one week from the item’s arrival back to Pastime. During busy periods such as sales for the holidays, this timeline may be extended. Refunds will be issued for the full cost the customer paid for the items(s), but we are unable to refund the cost of shipping for the original order.
Refunds cannot be issued to credit cards other than those used to make the original purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for items purchased from third-party vendors.

Product Exclusions and Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded, making all candle sales final. We will replace products damaged during shipment, with products of equal value only, and if photographic proof of damage is provided and submitted to us within seven days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
On most occasions, we cannot cancel your order once it is submitted. Order processing begins immediately in order to get your products out quickly. We will try to accommodate the request if the item has not left the packaging facility for shipping.
